Are security deposits required?
Yes, a $100.00 security deposit is required per storage unit. Security deposits will be returned as long as a 30 day notice to vacate is given. Units must be vacated with your lock removed by the last day of the month rented. Units also must be cleaned/swept out & will be inspected for any damage.
